But for a Japanese representative I wanted them to choose a pure Japanese person

What she's saying is plausible but I can't shake that odd feeling of her being the Japanese representative

I don't mean to be racist but,
She doesn't look Japanese...

Even though she's the Japanese representative she's not Japanese-like

I think it's better to decide that Miss Japan will be limited to Japanese people only

For someone other than a pure Japanese person to compete, what has Japan come to?

Considering all that she doesn't give up her American citizenship, and what if she went back to America

She's spreading the rumor that Japanese are racists. This child.

She's pretty. But she doesn't quite spring up as the representative of Japan.

If she has a Japanese nationality she's Japanese isn't she.

I feel the difference between the aesthetic sense of Japan and other countries.

I don't think anyone is saying that she isn't Japanese.

It's just, for her to become the Japanese representative for Japanese beauty, is different from what's expected.

No matter how you look at it she's not Japanese.

The judge of this also seems to be a foreigner
Do as you please

Hmm~ (~_~;)
It's not discrimination it's that hafus are hafus aren't they
That is a splendid identity in itself

Okay, under these circumstances
Please be the world representative

A hafu being the Japanese representative...

This isn't discrimination or anything like that
Why is someone who has the blood of another country mixed in the Japanese representative?
She is by no means ugly...

She won't become naturalized? For the Japanese representative it should be limited to people who are naturalized.

I wanted them to choose a person who is more like a beautiful Japanese woman

Speaking of which isn't her nationality Japanese?

There is no intention of being racist.
I think she is pretty.
Only, Japanese people are Asian people of the yellow race, it's just that.

Her father lives in America, and I think that when the Miss Universe pageant is over she will give up her Japanese citizenship.
Globalization has failed, and whenever something becomes like America, it just becomes boring.
India has Indians for their outward appeal, Kenya has Kenyans, and because the Middle has Muslim people not white people, Japan has Japanese people for it's appeal.
We don't need any mixed race people, and because I feel sorry for her it would be better for her to go to America.
