The song that Hamasaki covered is "Movin' On Without You" which was released in 1999

It's not bad, but I feel like it's been processed

I'm starting to not understand why they use machines to mess with [the song]
There are too many singers that deceive us with effects

Before this they played it on Music Station and I thought it was pretty good. Also, I thought, Utada's songs are nice

By all means I would like her to do this live

I bet she won't be able to sing like this live~

I felt that Utada Hikaru's voice is a miracle that happens once every few years in Japan
The original is the best. I'm not an Ayu anti, but this is lacking.

Hm.
This has the feeling of an Ayu track from years ago ^^;
I'm showing my age but now I'm nostalgic for the age of Ayu

I gave this a listen and "Ayu is so cool!" was my frank impression (^∧^)
You can really tell that it was processed but it also felt new
It was good ♪

A singing voice like a machine

I heard this on Music Station too and I thought it was cool like Ayu's voice from way back so I thought I would like to hear the full version.

They both appeared on Music Station together and Ayu was all happy and called her "Hikaru-chan," I wonder if they still do exchanges like that today?

This suited her more than I thought. I think the mood of the song fits her image.
